I love Dieter Roth's work. This advert from a recent magazine caught my eye...

It says it is offset printed by hand. Iam not sure what this might mean, although I do know that Rot was an extremely inventive printer and would do all sorts of things "wrongly" to great effect. He was very much one to inject his human-ness into the mechanical process of printing and produced countless editions of work with hand coloring, stamping, collage, etc. that made for a very rich exploration of the "meaning" of print and originality.
Do familiarize yourselves with his work. The UNCG library has a few artists books... one of which is in the special collections room and makes for a treat to visit.

I like his Garden Sculpture and its reference to entropy.
