Webster's College Dictionary's definition for "EXOTIC" is: STRIKINGLY UNUSUAL.
Therefore, this description is definitely an accurate one! This woman is not only strikingly unusually beautiful, but the tattooing on her is strikingly unusual in that it seems to have depth, symmetry, and artistic skill apposed to a lot of flat, cartoon-like images that you find on most tattooed people!
