First of all, I am amazed at how defined the leg muscles of these workers are. I guess that happens when you go up and down a hill all day long. I love how this picture catches a defining moment in time for these workers. I can just see a picture taken three seconds after this as being mass chaos and revolt. Everyone is staring at this confrontation. Interesting how some of the men seem to be running away, while others stare in anticipation. And of course, holy cow does the guy staring down the man with the gun emit fierce power.

I love the angle of the ground(hill), it gives the viewer the sense of being in this chaos.
