It is really intersting to look at the "Ideal Boy" poster and the "Bad Habits" poster and contrast them to what we might see in a similar poster in a classroom in the US. Shows that some moral type things are very universal and some are not. Also, the "Bad Habits" poster is very didactic....it sends the message that if you play on the roof you will fall off and die. Whereas this poster sends the message that if you act like the boy in the picture life will be happy and harmonious.
